Dr. Melba Ketchum, a Texas veterinarian, led the study and claims her company, DNA Diagnostics, has broken the genetic code of more than 100 DNA samples collected from bigfoot encounters. Fresno resident Jeffrey Gonzalez is the founder of the Sanger Paranormal Society, who also does a weekly Internet radio show.
5-year-old long DNA study that claims Bigfoot is a human relative, which arose about 15,000 years ago.
Jeffrey Gonzalez says, "These things are for real, when you have military personnel, law enforcement, people of credibility coming up to me telling me these things are for real, but we can't talk about it. "
Gonzalez does admit there are still a lot of questions with the Texas DNA study.
Last year, we spoke with Gonzalez's group who displayed an impression found on a pickup window, parked in a remote area of the high Sierra.
The group says the impression is the most convincing evidence of Bigfoot since the Patterson film of 1967.
Gonzalez says, "I believe we have the gold ticket, what has 8-inch lips and 6-inch nostrils but Bigfoot."
The findings have yet to pass a peer review.
Former lawman turned investigative journalist, David Paulides, detailed a potential breakthrough in Bigfoot DNA research. He explained that, as a result of a five year study, his colleague has been able to "unlock a method to get to the DNA itself and how to test for it" within possible Bigfoot hair samples. As a result of this development, Paulides said, the findings indicate that Bigfoot is a "very unique homo sapien" species and that part of the DNA is "nowhere in the billions of documented DNA ever seen." He stressed that this testing has eliminated the possibility that Bigfoot are either Neanderthals or large primates and actually reveals that they are "thinking, breathing, intellectual people that are quite different" from humans.
Biography:
David Paulides, a former police investigator, has applied his skills to questioning Bigfoot witnesses. The results he has achieved in gaining access to witnesses and getting detailed information from them is both remarkable and intriguing.
Wikipedia:
Bigfoot, also known as Sasquatch, is the name given to an ape-like creature that some people believe inhabits forests, mainly in the Pacific Northwest region of North America. Bigfoot is usually described as a large, hairy, bipedal humanoid. The term sasquatch is an anglicized derivative of the Halkomelem word sásq'ets.
Scientists discount the existence of Bigfoot and consider it to be a combination of folklore, misidentification, and hoax, rather than a living animal, because of the lack of physical evidence and the large numbers of creatures that would be necessary to maintain a breeding population. A few scientists, such as Jane Goodall and Jeffrey Meldrum, have expressed interest and some measure of belief in the creature
Proposed explanations for sightings:
Various types of creatures have been suggested to explain both the sightings and what type of creature Bigfoot would be if it existed. The scientific community typically attributes sightings to either hoaxes or misidentification of known animals and their tracks. While cryptozoologists generally explain Bigfoot as an unknown ape, some believers in Bigfoot attribute the phenomenon to UFOs or other paranormal causes. A minority of proponents of a natural explanation have attributed Bigfoot to animals that are not apes such as the giant ground sloth.
Inter-dimensional being:
One fringe theory, supported by paranormal investigator Jon-Erik Beckjord, theorizes that the lack of hard evidence supporting Bigfoot's existence may be due to the creature being an inter-dimensional being that slips in and out of dimensions. Many Bigfoot advocates distance themselves from the paranormal position and regard it as an embarrassment.

Australia's Gold Coast residents report being terrorized by mysterious two-legged creatures with brown fur called yowies, so the Bigfoot team brings their expertise in to investigate deep into the jungle with help from local witnesses and experts.
The “Finding Bigfoot” team traveled to Australia to hunt down Bigfoot’s elusive cousin, the Yowie in the two-hour season premiere which aired on Dec. 30. Although the team readily admitted they weren’t sure what to expect in their search for the Yowie, they soon found that techniques used for hunting Bigfoot worked just fine with Yowies, too.
When Australian natives shared their stories in a town meeting, it immediately became clear that Yowies and Bigfoots shared more similarities than differences. The Yowie was more often described as reddish brown, while its American cousin appears to be darker. Although some describe the Yowie as a mere 7 to 7 ½ feet tall, others described a towering creature that rivals reports of massive Bigfoots in the states.
The “Finding Bigfoot” team investigated several sightings, one of which included the report of a massive Yowie peering in the window at a sleeping man. The Yowie then reportedly walked away. The next morning the witness discovered his goats where gone and found their bodies hanging from a tree branch with all of their internal organs removed. The witness described precision cuts that even removed the brain from the skull. No evidence of a Yowie, or other explanation for the event was discovered. The witness believes that a Yowie was “trying to send a message” to him by killing his goats and displaying them in full view.
In a separate incident, a man reported what he believed to be a Yowie that showed up after he and group of friends finished stargazing. Due to lack of room in the home – and the fact that he was a loud snorer – the witness chose to sleep in his vehicle in the yard. He allegedly awoke in the middle of the night to his car being shaken. He claims to have been jolted from his sleep and thrown around inside the vehicle.
Initially, the witness thought his buddies were playing a prank on him, but soon observed a massive dark creature shaking his car. Reportedly, several of his friends observed the dark creature, which they believe was a Yowie, and yelled to scare it away. The next morning when they investigated the vehicle, two indentations that appear to correspond to the impression that were be left by “elbows” or forearms were found in the top of the vehicle.
Recreations by the “Finding Bigfoot” team indicated that it took three people to shake the car with the same force the man experienced in the middle of the night. Although no evidence was uncovered, the team concluded that due to the fact that there are no bears or other animals capable of standing and shaking a vehicle, the mysterious creature must have been a Yowie. The team theorized that the Yowie reached across the top of the vehicle and grasped the opposing side as he shook the vehicle.
The “Finding Bigfoot” team explained that although the American Bigfoot is not typically aggressive or violent, there have been reported cases when it has shaken vehicles.
Other eye-witness reports included similar stories as the American Bigfoot with witnesses observing a large hairy creature either standing and watching them or walking through the woods.
The nighttime investigations proved successful producing some of the best evidence in a single investigation, claims Cliff Barackman the Bigfoot expert on the team.

Not just one, but several reports have surfaced in the Butler County area regarding a giant winged creature.
The story comes to us from Stan Gordon's UFO Anomalies Zone and I must say, Stan has got me excited. Maybe it's my fascination with Mothman or my interest in Bigfoot, but this has both rolled into one all purpose terror.
It all began in the still dark, early morning hours of March 18, 2011 on a rural road between Chicora and East Brady. A businessman was driving along when he saw something that as he says, "made the hair stand up on his neck".
This is his story as related to Stan Gordon:
On March 21, 2011, I was contacted by a witness who reported having an encounter with a very strange creature during the early morning hours of March 18, 2011. The incident occurred on a rural road in Butler County between Chicora and East Brady. The witness, a businessman passing through the area, stated that "this was the freakiest thing I ever saw, and it made the hair stand up on the back of my neck." The man told me that he was driving down the road when from about a ¼ mile away, he observed something on the right side in a grassy area. His first thought was that it was a deer.
The driver stepped on the gas to move closer to get a better view. From about 50 yards away, he observed something that appeared to be hunched down, and then stood up. The driver then observed a very tall muscular creature. At this point, the driver had his high beams on and watched as the creature walked in front of a yellow reflective road sign, then crossed the two lane road in three long steps and continued into a wooded area. What he saw was a humanoid figure that stood at least 8 feet tall that appeared to have smooth leather-like skin that was of either a darker tan or light brown color.
The creature never looked at the witness, and was only observed from its side. The head appeared to be flat in the front section, and then rounded out. "At the top back of skull, it was like one of those aerodynamic helmets. The top was not quite a point, but looked like a ridge on top of the head." The face was flat, and the eyes were not clearly defined, but the man thought that they might have been pointed in the corner. The ear that was observed on the left side was long and flat, and came up and back and was pointed backwards like a flap.
The arms were muscular and a little longer than that of a human. The hands looked more like a claw, but the number of fingers was unclear. One physical trait that stood out were the extremely muscular legs. The witness stated that it was hard to explain, but the legs did not move like that of a human, and "looked like they bent backwards." The witness also saw what appeared to be wings on its back which were tucked into its body, with the wing tips extending toward the side of its head.
No unusual sounds or smells where noticed during the observation which was estimated to have been about 7-8 seconds. As the motorist approached the location where the creature entered the woods, it could no longer be seen. The next day the witness decided to drive back to the location of the encounter to look for any evidence. The ground conditions were not suitable for tracks, and nothing was found. The witness did, however, measure the road sign that the creature had walked in front of. The sign was just over 8 feet high, and the head of the creature was estimated to have reached about 4 inches above the sign.

We love anomalous trail cam photos. Whether they’re clearly fake images of the Chupacabra, widely circulatedviral marketing for a film, or just a bear with mange, there’s something eerie about a lonely camera snapping grainy photos of anything that wanders by. Well, we’ve got a brand spanking new one for you today, one that’s especially strange… because it’s so clear.
This image, snapped by an as of yet unnamed game trapper from Alberta, certainly appears to be a rather good snap of what looks like some kind of big primate lounging around in the forest; a far cry from the usual “blobquatch” images of blurry brown specs viewed through leaves and digital zoom. The photo is so striking, in fact, that one could easily wonder if it wasn’t actually an image of a gorilla snapped in a preserve somewhere. The woman who uploaded the photo to Facebook a few hours ago, Penny, swears that isn’t the case.
“I know this person. They are a dogsledder and would in no way be the type to try to fool around with fake pictures. They actually think it’s a bear and cub but for some reason they only have one photo. Strange.”
